Pipeline 4 Progress is working throughout the Southern Tier of Upstate New York to attract and retain a talented workforce. Our region is made up of 13 counties working together for economic development, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Currently, we're working with colleges and universities to grow Project ION and Essential NY Jobs in our region. If you are looking for a job or internship, or you're a business looking to offer a new position, check out these resources! We're also working on a statewide summit for young professionals. This will take place in March 2011 at Cornell University, and we're very excited about its potential impact on New York State.
